looqs is not specifically targeted at or intended for users located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. We do not have an establishment in the EEA/UK and have not appointed a representative under Article 27 of the GDPR. If you are located in the EEA or UK and choose to use our Service, you do so at your own discretion, and you acknowledge that the level of data protection may differ from that required under GDPR.
5. Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Inc. (for customers in the USA) and Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers outside the USA), collectively referred to as "Paddle." Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our transactions. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and billing-related inquiries.
We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. All payment information is handled directly by Paddle in accordance with their privacy policy, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.
For billing-related questions, you may contact Paddle directly or reach out to us and we will assist.
6. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Paddle (payment processor): to process your subscription and transactions
- Cloud infrastructure providers: to host and operate our Service (e.g., servers, databases)

Style preference data and onboarding information are deleted upon account deletion.

looqs is operated from Kazakhstan and uses servers and service providers located in the United States and other countries. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
